Our meals are always fresh, never frozen. They're delivered within 12 hours post-cooking, cooled to meet the Sacramento Health Department's standards (40°F or lower).

2. **Freezing the Meals: Is it Advisable?**
While you can freeze our meals, we advise against it. Freezing can alter the food's flavor.

3. **Shelf Life of the Meals:**
Our meals typically remain fresh for up to 5 days post-delivery. Seafood we recommend eating within 2-3 days.

4. **Post-Delivery Meal Handling:**
Refrigerate your meals immediately after delivery to maintain freshness and flavor.

5. **Microwaving the Meals:**
Absolutely! Our meal containers are microwave-safe. Remove any sauces before heating. Recommend heating time is about 2-2:30 minutes.

6. **Source of Ingredients:**
We use only 100% natural, locally-sourced ingredients. Our commitment is to freshness, with no frozen or artificially enhanced ingredients.

7. **Meal Preparation Location:**
Our meals are crafted in a Health Department-certified commercial kitchen, adhering to all health and safety standards. Our team consists of certified food handlers.

8. **Order Cancellation Policy:**
Full refunds are available if you cancel before the deadline. Post-deadline (within 24 hours), a 50% refund is applicable. Unfortunately, no refunds are possible beyond this period.

9. **Handling Order Issues:**
Should you encounter any problems with your order, contact us. We're dedicated to resolving issues effectively to ensure your satisfaction.

10. **Order Deadline:**
Orders are accepted every Friday before 12:00 PM for delivery on the following Monday or Tuesday. Delivery date may be different for location and date of ordering.
